I found this insane Memory base, but I am having a really hard time pricing it. I have a current offer of
Lo, but I just feel like it is a bit low. Or is Memory bases not worth a lot, as CTA is better?

Any experts able to help me price this?

Pretty much the perfect base for Memory indeed. Agreed with above.
Many people go for CtA for their sorc, but some light sorcs prefer Memory on swap - including myself
