Paladin shields with these affixes are less valuable than people initially think. That's because Paladins have Holy Shield and thus very easy for them to hit max block and block rate.
JMoDs are so valueable because other classes can use them. Those other classes are the ones that must have them to realistically hit max block.

I'm willing to accept other forms of currency. Like Tokens, Keys, Perfect Gems, and certain minor runes in lieu of my asking price. I'm also willing to accept rune combinations that add up to my asking price.

My thoughts are keep the shield throw 4 5/5 lightening facets in it for a tesladin build, just my opinion lol
I have a jewelers Kraken Shell with no affixes it's basically worthless but looks cool lol
