Can be used to make Runewords:

Leech is useful on rings where you don't have too many useful affixes to put on... but on amulets where you can have skills or fcr... especially with a bad skill tree like Off Auras, it's worth a few pgems at best.
Main: Necromancer / Second: Assassin / Third: Amazon / Check my stash, my crafts and my many cheap Annihilus
