Diamond unfortunately is not regarded as a useful affix, so basically it's a jewel of fervor. Count 3-5 Perfect Gems.

Yeah and damage to démons/ undead is a specific addition that does not multiply any how, hence that low result.
Only case where damage to demons is nice is the Laying of Hands gloves.
