You can point them to the date. These prices are not current D2R prices but it's a still a good resource.

its not a good resource if it is outdated and wrong

I think this will be closer to the case when the value of the runes drop rapidly as we approach end game.

Yours is better, it's more up-to-date.

If you actually care about accuracy, then both updated lists you just sent here are outdated as well. The conclusion is not that they are wrong, but you should think about these as a trend, as points in a graph, rather than expect to be spoon fed the market current prices. It changes all the time. Open a spreadsheet and do the work.

Please can you update the prices but editing the main post to show the correct pricing.

From my trades and what im seeing in the trade games, these prices are up to date right now. At least for the most of them +/- a small value.
Just some small changes like 10

Perfect Amethyst =

Ist instead of 20, but the other currencies seem good.
I think updating it might be not worth it, because the new ladder in about a month (?) will shake values up, like every fresh start and there have to be 2 different price showings then (Ladder and Non-Ladder).

-> Mind that the post creator is deleted btw. So im assuming nothing will be updated here
