Sorry, but no skill usually means no value for amulets. Pretty much everyone will prefer a Mara's.

I don't know why it doesnt say it on the report, but it has +1 to AMAZON

It's better indeed, however without 2 is skills or some FRW it won't have a high value.
It's very nice to level up though, would say Lem- Mal range
