Impale and +3 to
Power Strike are bonuses to underwhelming skills and aren't enough to save this mediocre weapon.

However, it will be better than almost anything you will find in a playthrough with a Spear or Polearm focused Amazon. It's on par with Honor and generally weaker than Insight and Obedience.
