Can be used to make Runewords:
2tree/20/ perfect str/low all res and AR.
Not an easy one, can have some value, but MA alone is way less good than all skills, and most sins use their element specialty Helm ( Griffon's Eye, Nightwing Veil or Flickering Flame), so it's rather niche. Still you probably can get between 2 and 5 Ist for that one.
