Arreat's and Jalal's are the bane of Barb and Druid circlets.
Sounds about right. Arreat's is so good that a Circlet really has to deliver on pretty much every front. None of that "wasting an affix on 13 energy" nonsense.

Best answer. If you get a barb Circlet, always check if it's better than Arreat's Face.
Unless barb Circlet has 20 fcr and/or 2 open sockets, it can be Charsi'ed
