For physical bowa:
LoH is the budget go-to item but not BIS. BIS would be

Blood Gloves with 20 IAS, 2 passive skills, 10cb, dex and str or something like that.

2/20 bow skills are BIS for magezons. It's not a favorite build these days though, so indeed hard to sell. And even though str, fr, and lr are all good, the rolls are too low to reach super high value. But you should be able to get a bit more than
