i know tons of value gone for not getting frw/fhr. good res, good max rep life +5, HfD.... any clue on where are these standing?

Res on Boots need to total 100 or higher to have any real value. You can get away with 90+ total res if you have FRW/FHR. But these are at 83 with nothing much else.
