Really i would rather them be exclusive to heralds again, but it's the right direction imo, sunders were too common imo and extremely cheap last ladder so i don't think it'll be enough to make them inaccessible. I think for a ladder season this is not good news. So many build rely on a sunder. Next season might look like the first RotW, probably not that extreme, but sunders will definitely be rarer and more expensive,

On the other hand, sunder drops from heralds are unchanged. Last season I found 25+ sunder charms, of which only 2 or 3 were from other sources than heralds. Have they increased the dropchance of unique Charms from non Herald and non Boss Monsters?
Ive found 2 unique Charms(one gheeds, one sunder) from normal monsters after the patch with under 200 MF while i was base and runefarming cows and Lower Kurast.
