Can be used to make Runewords:
IMHO no value. You need skills or something special like knockback or 10% cb in addition to the 20% ias. Without that the set/unique gloves are better.
Maek and lightning resist is ok, maybe a few Perfect Amethyst or mid rune
Are these Caster Gloves? I think you're better off crafting Blood Gloves or Hit Power Gloves
