I play online. I found them from different act bosses. Each were dropped from Andariel, Duriel, and Mephisto, but all during Terror Zones. what changes would make you actually wear this and with which builds?
it could be good for physical builds and physical summoners if it had a high lvl might aura, no rip property, and somewhat better stats with str, res all, and maybe def (ethereal?), and attack vs demons. maybe even bis for merc

With a high + to all Skills like +4-5 or something, it could be usefull in some circumstances to reach specific Breakpoints. 4-5 to all skills would just make it bis for sorc at least, prly for every caster, would also be too much.. but Conviction is a nice idea indeed

New Tyrael's Might should have the existing stats buffed:
180-250% ed
100-150% damage to Demons
+30% frw
+25-35 Strength or +25 Str and +25 Dex
All resistances: 30-40
cbf
additionally level 25 Holy Freeze, a blue/White aura for a blue item, crystal clear.
Maybe also some fhr or some attack rating bonus.
But no +skills, it's focused on physical damage builds (sword wielders like Tyrael himself).

It's so rare, and it's named after arguably the most recognizable "good" character in the game. I'd expect it to be BiS somewhere. T-Might should be a chase item. It's a crime that people talk about vendoring such an item. But that's about what it's worth.
I say make it slightly better than Enigma. All you have to do to make that happen is a straight copy of engima's stats. That would make it default BiS for every character but sorc.
