By itself, the ring would be better than my current one, but... my current
Boots already have high cold resistance too...
For now I will pass...
But if I found a new par of
Boots this rings may work 🤗 😉

(less "total resist" - [3*9+32] x [15*4] - and no relevant affix beyond ml and resists: ll is too low; ar is too low and useless for
Lightning Fury; and don't need more life 😉 )

(same issue of the last offers: almost the same resistance as mine - just 1 point of "total resist" over mine [3*11+28] x [15*4] - and no relevant affix beyond ml and resists: mdr is not a good affix, ar is useless for
Lightning Fury - always hit 😉 - and min is not very useful for
Lightning Fury either)

Are those the ring affixes?

1 str
8 dex
35 Life
10 cr
10 lr
20 fr
10 pr
2 to Light Radius
----
If yes, the ring has no ml... (Mana leech ie. "% mana stolen per hit")

Besides that:
1 bad affix (2 to Light Radius)
1 low rolled affix (1 str)
2 mid rolled affixes (8 dex, 10 fr - 9fr would be "low roll")
