In my experience you will get 15 Perfect Amethyst for Ist.
I would guess Um would be around 5 Perfect Ametyhst.
As for other HRs you can just multiply based on the amount of Ist runes they are worth.
I would estimate Ohm around 4-5 Ist, Lo around 8 Ist, Ber 12-14 Ist, Jah 18-20 Ist. Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
I managed to trade my Ber for a Lo + Ohm, so it seems to check out at least for that.
And regular Perfect Gems I would estimate around 3 for 1 Perfect Amethyst or 2 for 1 Perfect Ruby.
It is my understanding that Perfect Gems are used to reroll Grand Charms, which requires 3 at a time. Rubies are for Blood Belt or Blood Gloves, Amethysts for Caster Amulets.
