Fire resist and some ED or IAS will be better for the Andariel's Visage this will add the fire res and some attribute damage that will be fairly insignificant IMO. There are better jewel drops. So you can use it but it won't be something that sells I think.

You can always add this in the socket and then use a Hel rune and a Scroll of Town Portal in the cube to remove it (the jewel will be lost forever ) and then place whatever better drop you got.
Yeah that's a good callout @madgeorge . I wish there were better use-cases for rare jewels, always seems like there's a better magical variant (the IAS/ED or IAS/Res).
