Harlequin Crest gives too much and cost just Mal/ Ist for now.

So this Circlet just lvling item. Maybe some pa / pg

With Teleport charges I think you can get ~ Ist for it.

Warlock has its own Teleport. Yes, you can’t Teleport through walls, but just my opinion: 99% of people would rather buy a Harlequin Crest for an Ist.

Actually, for warlocks that dont have Enigma it's not bad, as it allows to Teleport through walks while using Blade Warp along the halls

Um is certainly possible.
Mal- Ist would be a good result

Barbs have jump, palas have Charge, assas have Dragon Flight. Still, all need Teleport. Why do you think Warlock is any different?
