Description
I am a complete noob, haven't played in 20 years, came back for the new expansion. Playing Warlock of course. I lucked into an Ohm, but not sure what to buy with it. Anihilus maybe, because I don't see how I'd otherwise ever get one. A Torch would be better but it seems like Warlock Torches are way out of that price league...? Also thought someone might sell a poorly rolled CTA for it.

I have Spirit shield, Insight weapon, Harlequin Crest, and Vipermagi already. All my other gear is random rare garbage.

making a Call To Arms yourself is also an option, but probably later in the game when you have better gear in your other slots.
i myself usually keep my high runes for a bit to see what other options will drop.

You can probably get a free Annihilus from here. Actually, I'll just give you a decent one (add me on bnet). Don't waste runes on them unless you're trying to get a highrolled one.
You can always "break" the Ohm into 3-4 Ist. Then with those Ist buy a couple SoJs, or a low Arachnid Mesh, or a low mara, or highlords, etc.
What type of warlock are you making? Echoing Blades, Apocalypse, Abyss, etc?

If you're playing Fire Warlock you could get two Stone of jordan rings or an average rolled Flickering Flame. Those are the most impactful items i can think of in your budget range.

Strangest thing just happened. I had an item for sale for a Vex rune. Somebody made an offer for asking price but then paid 5 Ber instead. O.o.

Wow thanks for the advice, and the offers! I'm hitting the sack but will check in tomorrow.
And to answer the question I'm playing Echoing Strike but I still have a reroll. Even physical immunes aren't much trouble with a cursed demon, but I haven't tried anything endgame yet.
