Compare it to a Mara's Kaleidoscope and it's much worse (especially to the 2 all skills).
If the level required would be at 30 maximum, could serve for LLD, but LLD usually does not care at all about resistances, so you just end with a 2 demon + 46 life amulet - much better can roll.
To sum up, no trading value - but you can keep it to level up your warlock
