Compared to most other bows, even after an upgrade, you only have good attack rating but not enough damage. Good old Buriza-Do Kyanon would deal a lot more damage and you can use angelic set if you need attack rating. It's harder to improve the damage.

+4 skills is for magezon not physical bowa. But those need IAS, not AR.
