Diablo's Lightning now deals damage in Nightmare and Hell

If you don't now yet:

"Diablo Lightning Hose skill was fixed on Nightmare and Hell difficulty so it no longer deals 0 damage at very close range."

I noticed he seemed a bit spicier during the last Dclone walk. I loved the flavor of "being closer to

Terror kept you safe", but i like that he is doing dmg now )))

This a good thing, I kinda felt pissed off that NM and Hell ripped him off. Way too stupidly easy to just shred him with a smiter IMO, so hopefully this makes it abit more interesting again.

A welcomed change.

No wonder the Valk melted into oblivion when usually she face tanks her.

p.s Having a community driven patch notes other than an official one from newblizz is wild af..

Do note that it's only patched in RotW - in plain D2R the lightning still doesn't even tickle.

Well, of course Vanilla D2R is unchanged. Are there any changes at all that apply to Vanilla?

The shared stash uses pagination instead of clickable tabs, despite there being plenty of space for extra tabs. I don't intend to play a lot of vanilla D2R anymore but I still wish they'd change that back (in fact, I wish they'd remove the pagination on RotW as well and use sub-tabs instead - the pagination is terrible UI design IMO, as least the way it's implemented now, you have to move the mouse cursor up & down a lot when navigating between shared stash pages and the new organized stash tabs, for no good reason at all).

The

Terror Zone changes (which zones are terrorrized, which zones are terrorized together, and the new 30 minute interval) are also in vanilla D2R.

Other than that? Ehhhh... not sure.
