"Some effort" is probably quite the understatement with that many random rolls.
Really not a fan of that one though. Sunders were already too obligatory for nearly every build. Making them even stronger and hence even more obligatory...ugh.
I agree. It also makes me question whether it's worth trying to renew a perfect-rolled Sunder Charm (especially -10% Bone Break)
You can only reroll the Latent Sunder Charm, not the "regular" one. So you keep your perfect ones as they are.

Ah, thank you. I thought it was an upgrade of the normal Sunder Charms. I didn't really check it in detail.
Honestly, I wasn't very excited about the revamped Sunder Charms. It's becoming a bit messy. They clearly wanted to fix the mechanics, but brought a bit too much complexity.
Does that mean special monsters in Terror Zones still drop regular Sunder Charms in RotW?
