Monarch - 60IAS/149ED?

Hello! Someone dropped this into a free game but I'm unsure for which build it would be best and what could be the value in NLSC. Any info is appreciated

It's a "budget" version of a JMoD (jewelers

Monarch of deflecting) with 4x 15 IAS/40ed (which would reach 60 IAS/160 Ed). So probably someone wanted to try a build before committing to the expensive high-end gear.

Those are usually used in PvP, e.g. by Javas.

Value: Hard to say.

Ruby jewel of fervor with ~37ed are around 2~3

You can still put it on a Java and play physical or hybrid.
It won't be as good as 4 light facets on a

Whenever I see something like this I wish we could destroy bases and get the jewels/runes back.
I'm also not sure which build would use something like this in PvM. Ias/ed jewels are mostly used on physical bowazons but they cannot use a shield. For a paladin you wouldn't use a

Monarch and other common melee builds usually don't use shields or don't need so much ias.
