Arachnid Mesh is one of the only 3 items in the game with maximum quality level 87 (the other being

Tyrael's Might and

Azurewrath).

For that reason, despite it's Treasure Class of 63, it can't drop from monsters who are not at least level 87, which in turn is the reason why you can't farm it with

Pindleskin (which is mLvl 86).

Belt for most caster builds. it is the only

Belt that provides FCR except crafted caster belts, and it has more FCR and +1 all skills. Has a high price because is a Qlvl 87, it's really rare.

An early (for the Reign of the Warlock's cycle) observation is that

Gheed's Wager is now another unique

Belt that can reach up to 20% FCR. It also has a smattering of other benefits like All Resistances, FHR, FRW, and -Enemy Magic Resistance, while +1 All Skills is missing.

The sheer number of variables in a

Gheed's Wager is an obstacle and it doesn't seem to drop often enough so far after 2 weeks of intense play, so getting a max 20% FCR one might be a challenge. Not that

Arachnid Mesh drops left and right either...

At first glance, I preferred

Arachnid Mesh's +1 All Skills over

Gheed's Wager's other benefits, but having All Resistances on a

Belt feels rather attractive sometimes.

Something to consider when you start thinking about reaching ~20% FCR with your

Belt slot.
