Crashing after update

Anybody else having a lot of crashes since the last update? I've crashed like 6 times today.

I logged in last night and the night before that, no issue for me since then.

I havent logged in today yet unless there is a new updates came out today…

Yes, I've had a few that froze while trying to logon to a game which forced me to open task manager to close it.

Yes, I've had several crashes these days.

Sometimes the picture freeze with the game still running. I could move the cursor but I couldn't click on anything, although it took the click because I got the "Not in town" sound of a spell that could not be performed in town. After a few seconds the game crashed.

I've had a crash when I quitted the game. None while I was playing however.

Not that much, but I've crashed a few times since the last update.

game crashing by itself, no.
but it does crash a lot when hitting esc>options or esc>exit.

The game crashes for me on every third town portal or waypoint - Unplayable at the moment

I have not more crashes since the patch but I have disconnection issues or cannot create games because it says I use "profane" words in the game name

For those crashes, the workaround is switch your server to north american. It can fix some

After that update I started getting screen flickering just a few minutes in of playing a session. I've taken care of the obvious first: After dusting off the CPU's air cooler (on the in-take fan side there was a thick layer of dust) the temp dropped from 75C to under 60C. Then re-installed the latest video driver available for this card with the AMD clean-up tool. I've toggled the in-game v-sync flag, but all these remedies didn't help. I could barely finish the last night dclone community run with at least one re-login to the same game to finish dclone, or pick up an anni multiple times. Now the game crashes almost immediately after flickering begins and closes. No other app or game gives me such trouble. HWMonitor shows 76C max on the video card (an MSI Radeon RX 580) under load, which is not out of the ordinary. I'm inclined to blame the latest game update, as it has become pretty much unplayable for me. I submitted a ticket to Blizzard tech support this morning on the matter.

Diablo III, StarCraft II, MOHAA, Doom 3, D2 LoD, AoE, Re-Volt games work just fine.

Yep, that's pretty much the same Pattern for me. The very first move out of town via a w/p elsewhere can result in immediate flickering upon landing there and game closing within a couple of seconds.

Yeah I have the same issue, along with more frequent crashes. flickering screen sometimes in game, sometimes in the character select menu etc.

It seemed to be related to my mercenary's Insight bow, so I went to take it off and the game crashed. some weird rendering issue or texture issue I guess.

hopefully there's a fix soon!
