I haven't done elemental druid. Wouldn't this be good for that build?
it's not a terrible roll, especially if you intend to use an Engima with the build. When I look at a roll I usually compare it to an equivalent item with plus to skills, and it doesn't even compare to a low Jalal's. For an elemental Druid it doesn't compare to a Ravenlore.

I see. I never knew about Ravenlore, it's definitely better than your Charsi imbue. I was thinking of Jalal's attack rating bonus vs that 20 FCR for a caster.

Yes it is. Wind druids use those diadems to hit 163 fcr. Ravenlore does not have fcr and is therefore not better.
2/20/20 druid diadems are worth 2 Jah, 2/20/19 still Vex~Jah. Sure, with Sorc, Pala, or Necro skills it would have been better. But this is far from a fail drop.
Sidenote: Ravenlore became useless since you can make Flickering Flame in a druid pelt for fire ele druids.

Getting the lowest roll possible IS quite impressive.
Bad rolls are usually something like +197% ED, 12% LL or something like that.
To get the lowest both times is a chance of (roughly) 1/250, so yeah, impressive indeed^^

Playing this game for years, and I finally see a unique grand charm drop (outside a Terror zone). Wow, my first Gheed's! I don't ask Cain to identify it for me; I want to use a scroll personally.
This is what I get as a result.
I'm actually happy, though. Bottoming out on an 80-point roll while also being comfortably under the mean on the others - that's nothing to sneeze at. And on an item nearly synonymous with gambling! It's poetic, I say.

Seems Gheed isn't too fortunate in your version of Sanctuary. But hey, still better than no fortune.
