The estimate of 1 pgem per item seems fair - but probaby not worth keeping so much space on your mules for that.

People don't care much about it's elite or not because you can upgrade it once identified if it worth the upgrade.

Then make a trade offer and see what you can get.

I'd just ID them. 99%+ can be
Charsi'd afterwards and free up space. For the rest you can get a proper estimate and sell for a decent price. There is no upside of selling those items un-ID'd so why do you insist that its a good idea to do so?

I can’t imagine a situation where someone would want to buy this for more than
Perfect Gems or low runes.
