This could result in an innately indestructible Phase Blade with damage values rivaling powerful endgame runewords.
Dimensional Blade, in contrast to Phase Blade, is in many ways probably the worst base for runewords compared to other 1H exceptional bases. Having very low durability hence requiring very frequent repair, mediocre base speed, and mediocre damage compared to most other bases means you'll be much better off with Battle Sword, Rune Sword, or Ancient Sword as a base. Even Cutlass or Shamshir when used for Strength runeword is superior for both durability and base speed.
Almost the only advantage is being able to roll 6 sockets, but in this case an Elite base would nearly always be preferred.
