Can be used to make Runewords:
Ok, my input.
If you are so incensed by the bots, play offline, no bots, all luck, pure RNG, diff game completely esp if playing HC vs SC, they are completely diff gaming experiences even for this old school game.
If staying with online, playing L or NL then expect the bots but trading is trading, some scam with bots, others (like me and the community) just play/trade the old way with integrity and rune value/s.
My two cents, for what it's worth.

Someone once told me... "Never go full Sigon's"..... Sage advice!
Always available for help/trade and maybe some freebies along the way depending on what I have and what you need

OP
So I’ll never get a 3/20/20 is the gist of the story here lmao
Never say never,
I've found stuff, values without trading, the 3/20/20 torch??? a torch is a torch, the 3 to A/S is given, anything else is whatever you value it at.

3/20/20 is not a Hellfire Torch, but a Fine Small Charm of Vita with perfect rolls: +3 Maximum Damage, +20 Attack Rating and +20 Life; sought after by weapon-based builds.DwPvsZtO wrote: 2 months agoI've found stuff, values without trading, the 3/20/20 torch??? a torch is a torch, the 3 to A/S is given, anything else is whatever you value it at.
I found many 3/x/x but the best one is a 3/19/17 found last week, after almost two years of heavy playing. Only single player, P8.
As about Jah, I got only 5.

With casual playing it will take you less than a year to get enough stuff to trade up for it.
But why do you want one in the first place? Would you ever notice the difference if you replace a 3/20/20 with a 2/19/17? You can quickly fill your inventory with nice non-perfect charms. If will be the same experience but at a fraction of time needed to acquire them.
I've got on SCNL
- Mosaics, Cures, and Hustles
- GG crafted amulets
- Perfect uniques
- Bases

That's what I want to know too. Because it's complete overkill unless doing PVP.vued wrote: 2 months agoWith casual playing it will take you less than a year to get enough stuff to trade up for it.

Only other good use case is it saves a character worth full of Jah ;0 ;0
I got items worth more than an 3/20/20.
Grief CB 40/400 Death CB 400%.
A really valuable Item can be worth 10-20 3/20/20 small charms.

Then you either were incredibly lucky when rolling your Grief and Death and/or you rerolled and invested probably many runes
In sum: you are either very lucky (e.g. shortly after I started playing I found a 44 life pcomb skiller I sold for 50 Jah + items worth 30 Jah) or you have to do the grinding (my "grinding" was killing between 1000-2000 DClones until now - I stopped counting

Is possible to collect Jah Runes. 35 is a 5/20 and 150+ for 3/20/20 one 3/20/20 is worth about 4x 5/20.
It is a way to trade for extreme perfect items without getting scammed. You can only put 40 Jah in the screen.

I know. But as I said: you either were extremly lucky by rolling a perfect Grief or you have to grind to get it. If I would invest all my "Wealth" I probably could get a 15/3/40/400 Grief, too and retire my 15/2/39/396. But I doubt I would notice any difference

I play SSF and have found a few really cool and even rare things. But if you're hoping to find a specific thing that way (like a perfect 3/20/20), it's probably not going to happen.
The game has been around for a long time and botting makes it possible to farm at insane speeds, which opens up a huge offer of even the rarest of items. So you can trade for (or buy with money) anything you want. But playing by yourself casually is extremely inefficient. It's just a matter of throwing enough dice.
You should adjust your expectations to how you play and remember that those little edges are for insane heavily invested people. It honestly won't make much of a difference.

if you really want to own a 3-20-20 the easiest chance to do so is to buy a 15% ed Monarch, you put 4 sockets on it, and roll a perfect Spirit with 35 fcr 112 mana and 8 absorb. if the base also has 15% durability, a perfect Spirit in this base costs between 3 and 4 small charms wit h20 hp 5 all resists, which is a bit more in value than a 3-20-20
This post gave me PTSD.
Get well soon

You know exactly why.
Is there consensus on duping in D2R? Whether or not it's real? That's a huge sigh of relief for the health of the economy (if no dupes) because all I wore 20 years ago was duped/hacked stuff lol.
I guess we are all in the same boatKentavious_ wrote: 2 months agoYou know exactly why.

Just grinding, daily, for months and years... I only farmed for a few times now, last time when I was hunting for Lenymo for my little project and it took me about 7 straight hours doing Normal cows, Blood Raven and Andariel over and over and over again. I wanted to gouge my eyes out and don't want to repeat that ever again!
I'm just not a grind-y guy, if I get something by just playing thru the game(s) that's it (and I mostly trade with Rals, Hels, Ame, P.Gems and Jewels so my "wealth" is rising ever so slightly just to be spent on an extra item needed for some build or idea/test). I never buy perfect stuff and never will, I just see no point in it (in my eyes it's negligible difference between 3/20/20 and 3/18/15 or like 18/18 torch and 20/20 one)
Someone much smarter than me already said once: "The real value of something doesn't reflect in a number of how much a seller can ask for it, but on how much a buyer is willing to pay."
This reminds me that I found my first and only Lenymo from TZ Diablo (!) a few weeks ago. Maybe the "rarest" drop I ever hadTheDoo wrote: 2 months agoJust grinding, daily, for months and years...
