Ber runes, there's a much simpler way. Just create

Ber runes with a character editor, or dupe them (easy to do offline). Who cares what you do in offline play (it's nobody's business), but exploits like this isn't really much different than straight up creating/duping the runes to begin with. Does it feel slightly more legit? Perhaps.

I'm not trying to shame anyone into not doing it - do what you feel is fine. I'd just recommend to set limits for yourself. Once you go down the path of exploits etc you will get a quick dopamine rush from all the high runes, etc, but it might kill your long term enjoyment of the game. If you start taking advantage of exploits it can easily turn into a slippery slope where you keep moving the bar of what you allow yourself to do.

Yeah, it's how the seed works. Pretty sure Llama talked about that in one of his videos, like how you can essentially get the

Shako each time to drop from armor stand thingy, if you approach and click on the armor stand from the exact same position you did when it dropped and stuff like that.

Fun fact is that you can manually set a seed when playing offline before you launch the game which makes things even easier, but I would personally agree on the statement that it's an exploit.

But yeah, exactly what ShadowHeart said. You can easily dupe stuff in SP, you don't even need any external program to do so -- just simply save char with what you want to dupe > backup (on different location) > transfer to shared > copy backup back and voila you have duped thing This way you can also dupe entire shared if you want -- for example fill it with runes and dupe it over and over and over again, it's great for testing purposes actually and it takes a few minutes!

Yeah, it's not a 'bug', it's an exploit. It's a side effect of how random numbers are generated by the game, and if you know how you can take advantage of it.

One thing to point out here is that, as you're doing your farming, everything you've done in the game instance up to the point an item drop is calculated INCLUDING the number of items in your inventory AND ALL STASH TABS are a factor in the item that drops. What REALLY "cooks one's noodle" on that is like.... "Soo if I wouldn't have been holding that one more flawless gem in my inventory when I killed Hell

Fishing for these "hidden perfect RNG" combos is a novel prospect and obviously we'd never map them all out. .....BUUUT an analytics AI cluster sure could produce some piles of useful data! Knowing exactly what footsteps etc. to take in any given instance to insure the boss drops their max possible riches for that given seed instance is a cool concept to think about. That of course would mark the end of any perception of "randomness" lol

As a speedrunner, I abuse bugs all the time! In casual play, not as much, but there is no shame in breaking a game. Hell, they even embraced the

Andariel q-bug and made it a permanent part of the game!

It's arguably even easier on Nintendo Switch - pretty much just a save & exit followed by close software and reload your game again right away with the console set to airplane mode. Also only works on offline SP though.
