are you all sure it's better to respec into War Cry and double Spirit for nightmare?
also upped my Death's Guard, can't equip it although it shows lvl 24.. there was some bug here iirc, what was the real lvl requiremnt?

I for myself find Singer gameplay a terrible experience. "Hugh! Hugh! Hugh! Hugh!".... And you will always run into mana issues, even with a level 17 Meditation merc.

respecced to the singer in a2 nm, and it is in fact beyong terrible.. looks like got to go back to that crazy frenzied runner

Singer barb is actually a great leveling build for Nightmare and early Hell. Warcry offers great damage for Nightmare, great crowd control and you only need two Spirit swords and BO to keep up the mana.
Later in hell the damage falls off. Defeating hell with a Singer is slow but possible. I usually respec at about level 60.
trash mobs take 2-3 cries.. an act boss would take an opera i reckon
and i don't even have much to add in terms of gear, maybe +2sk extra max (2nd soj, Peasant Crown an vipermagi instead of the cowking)
Frenzy is annoying, can run past targets easily, but kills much faster with double Honor

that i already have. like i said, only +2 sk extra are possible, buffing dmg to 490 from 430 at character level 36
