Not currently. If you are curious about a certain rune, go to the rune's page and check its price history. That will give you a good gauge on what it is selling for.

Rune prices are always being updated, so you have to check things out before going for a trade. Another thing I do is check online in lobby trades because there the prices can really fluctuate and sometimes you will trip across an exceptionally good deal especially if someone really needs a specific runewod for a build. For instance a few months back someone was trading 12 Ist for a Jah, which I quickly grabbed. So check the prices here first but it doesn't hurt to spend a minute reviewing trades in lobby either.

I've seen Jah go for as much as 20 Ist ingame trading, not normal, but it depends alot on what a buyer needs and has available(and how much in a rush they are)...

Though i've seen 15 more than once, so 12, isn't exactly unique.

Perhaps not completely unique, and I never implied it was, but at the time a Jah was going for 8 average to 10 Ist which was good, so it was a good deal. I needed Ist, and it was a far more realistic expectation and find than hoping for 15 to 20 Ist for a Jah unless you have time on your hands. I can go back and check Jah Prices History in trades as well, because I often do.

Necrarch put together an updated list in 2023 that is more on the mark (this is also included in the original post for anyone wondering):

For ladder, prices fluctuate a lot at start (wity typically Ber / Lo / Ohm / Vex being expensive) then converge to NL prices towards end of season.

Pul - 2 x Lem
Um - Pul + Lem
Mal - Um + Pul
Ist - Mal + Um - Ist is the "unit"
Gul - Ist + Mal
Vex - 3 Ist
Ohm - 4-5 Ist
Lo - 5-6 Ist
Sur - 7-8 Ist
Ber - 10-11 Ist
Jah - 15-20 Ist
Cham - about same as Vex to Ohm
Zod - about same as Lo to Sur

Do remember that the prices fluctuate : click on each rune to check its latest trades for current value.

As others have already mentioned - the only surefire way to get up to date prices is to visit the rune you're interested in, then checking it's price history (recent and historical). That's the closest you'll get to a value that stands 'today' or as close to today as possible, and you're able to filter for other variables like Ladder/Non-Ladder etc. which also have an effect on prices.

My current values would be approximately (in SC NL, changes quite strongly on early L or in HC):

Jah=9 Ist
Ber=7 Ist
Sur=5 Ist
Lo= Zod=4 Ist
Ohm= Cham=3 Ist
Vex=2 Ist
Gul=1.2 Ist
Mal=0.8 Ist
Um=0.5 Ist
Pul=0.3 Ist
Lem=0.2 Ist
Hel=0.15 Ist
Pammy=0.125 Ist
Pgem=0.04-0.05 Ist ( Skull Ruby count around +50%, Ral similar)

That's approximations and it will fluctuante again but gives a good idea.

I obviously haven't done as much research or trading as you, but could I ask where you get the rate of 10 perfect skulls or 10 Perfect Ruby for Ist?

It used to be 12, from a long time ago(or so others say) but when i started playing and up until now, the best rate i was able to get if i was lucky was 15:1, or most likely they are treated as normal gems(unless there is a really rare lobby game in which case 12:1 still exists)

Hmm, correct, it's usually around 20-25 pgems for Ist, and the rubies and skulls used to be twice the others when pgems were at 30-40 but a rate of 10 isn't correct. Editing - the bottom line though, saying prices vary, check price history yourself stays the best thing to do.

Is anyone else having trouble selling Rals for Ist at the moment on ladder? I have 36 and I can't seem to find a buyer

Ral is for crafting caster amulets, which are mainly an endgame activity, with the ladder reset that may be a bit on pause - but will probably restart sooner or later

Also, everyone knows the "Normal countess Ral" trick to make quick Wealth by now, so it works less well than before, I guess.

What is this trick?

Just to repeatedly run normal countess, cube to Ral, sell the rals is probably the quickest (but terribly repetitive) way to build cash. If everyone does it, of course, its value drops.

Pul - real Enigma for me at this moment because Lem has high value, 10m Gold is sure
2 Um - 3 Pul
Mal - Um + Pul (if lucky), 2 Pul
Ist - Mal + Pul, 2 Um, 3 Pul, 5(yes, very true)-8 pami, 5-6 Hel, 15 pruby/pskull, 20 random pgems, 11(also true)-15 Ral
Gul - Ist + Pul
Vex - 2 Ist
higher runes values started to grow 2-3 weeks ago... and it looks like to me that Lo will become something like higher currency of Ist

I have several disagreements about this due to me trading with each of those runes in the past 1-2 months on traderie and online.
4 Lem are about an Ist and you can find some people even trading 3 Lem for Ist, so its value is closer to 0.25 - 0.33.
Cham is closer to 4 Ist than 3;
Lo is about 6-7 Ist;
Ber I sold twice for 17 Ist online, so it's definitely not even close to 7, at least 10-11 and can be a lot more if someone is in big need of it and they're not easy to come by due to their rarity;
Jah is actually more common than Ber in terms of drop rate, and in terms of value they're treated as almost equal, maybe 1-2 Ist difference depending who needs which one more.

These are my estimations for ladder SC, non-ladder might vary slightly, but when I'm selling I usually aim for the prices I listed.

Those are all very relative, but in my experience the adjustments I listed are closer to their real values.

The equivalency he posted would mean you got 16 Ist worth of value for 19 ists. My equivalency would put it at 20 to 30 value for 19 Ist. If the seller wanted to he could've waited for a better buyer, it's all about timing. You got a good deal in either case. From what I've seen a Ber can go much higher than 10-11 Ist because I sold one for 17 just 2 days ago.

Ladder SC, hence the mention of it at the end of my reply. Ber and Jah tend to be closer to the lower estimate in non-ladder from what I've seen, about 10-11 Ist, which is closer to what you got in your trade.
