Can be used to make Runewords:
Just curious. Of the valuable magical circlets, do most require holes being punched by Larzuk? And then on the Monarch side of the equation, are those requiring the 'jewelers' mod to drop or do some also require hole punching?

Generaly, valuable blue circlets require 3 sockets, and that can only be obtain through the roll. Larzuk only puts one or two sockets on blue items. Same for Monarch. To have four sockets on a blue Monarch, it will have to roll with the jewelers mod.

There are many items that need Lazurk to give you 2os, but not all. JMOD is Jeweler's Monarch of Deflecting. The Jewelers's prefix gives 4os. You can't Lazurk an item that already has sockets. Certain Tiaras and Diadems also do not require Lazurk. 3os with 30 runwalk and 3os with 20FCR for example, because they get those sockets via their prefix.
A valuable circlets which need 2os would be +3skills tree and 20fcr. But to get those 2os you'd need lazurk since the +3skills tree rolls from the prefix and the 20fcr comes from the suffix.
If a blue item spawns with a prefix and suffix, that does NOT grant it sockets, then lazurk is your friend here.

I'm willing to accept other forms of currency. Like Tokens, Keys, Perfect Gems, and certain minor runes in lieu of my asking price. I'm also willing to accept rune combinations that add up to my asking price.
