It's not broken but the price history is based on the assumption that people are using the correct spelling, which often is not the case for items with " ' " in their name.

There are some "trainer's grand charm" with an apostrophe in the price history but searching for them leads to no results at all. You can see them if you look for grand charms and filter for druid or summon but those options also show other druid charms respectively necro summoning charms.
I've checked it and you also find no results for other charms with an apostrophe in the name. So this is a bug with the price history on diablo2.io.
