Pala doesn't need res that much, since they get 45 free from shields.

The 2/20 with 21 str is awesome! Mana is nice and a great roll.
Edef is not awesome but also not completely useless.

Jah so pretty darn close. The enhanced dmg, I'm not too sure how that plays into the valuation. I'd definitely wait for a second opinion because of that one affix.

There are some hybrid builds that use hammer/FoH combined with

Charge/bow. So it should increase the value but no clue how much.

Jah instantly for it. For that price I would even slap it on a Hammerdin (ignoring the ed) and be very happy.

It is very surprising what is valuable and what not. Things I did never care about are apparently "OMG GG!!!" (like a few str and dex points on a ring).

For a

Circlet, 2/20 are always worth something.

What you usually want on top is str, life, 2 sockets.
Dex, 30frw (instead of 20fcr), and res is also often (not always) good.

For each of the affixe you have to check how good the rolls are. Are can have up to 30 for instance. 20+ is a good roll. Your mana roll is also very good.

And lastly, for some people, 3

Jah is not even much. High value items are traded at the equivalent of hundreds or even thousands of

Jah. (Highest bid recently was equivalent to 4.600

Jah iirc)

Side correction : for frw : in addition to the fcr, not instead. Except for amazons who mostly don't care about fcr where it's frw + 2 os or frw + visio mod that are super searched for stuff.

Most newcomers value res high, but actually there are tons of ways to get some more. And when you come to PvP, nothing like more life to live longer. (and more stats is a bit the same : every point you don't put in str or dex is a point you can put in vita).

Mana is also looked after : it's wayyy more comfortable to have more mana while no one wants to put points into Energy (and CtA multiplies the final mana and life pool, not the basic one).

Here, you have +2 skills (perfect, best prefix), 20 fcr (perfect, best suffix) and on top on the 2/20 a high STR (can go to 30 but 21 is excellent), high mana (don't remember the max but in the 80-ish). EDamage is always nice to have, though less looked after.

So 4 excellent affix and a 5th decent one, too bad you miss the 6th to make this godly.

Max Mana on rare circlets is 90 (with great wyrm's mod).
