I don't think so, fire res is mainly to compensate Andariel's Visage penalty, but you want it to be paired with attack speed or enhanced damage, not with lower reqs.

This is the kind of jewel where having less resistance makes it valuable. There is a small market for fire res / -15 req jewels with a zero level req. But yours is too high.
I'd use this jewel for crafting.
I'm willing to accept other forms of currency. Like Tokens, Keys, Perfect Gems, and certain minor runes in lieu of my asking price. I'm also willing to accept rune combinations that add up to my asking price.
