ll is irrelevant and Necro has enough poison resist usually. You would only need it if you are running a Poisonmancer with sunder.

So the charges are very useful until you get an Enigma.

Despite this, it still is not valuable and will not trade fast. The number of summoner necros who don't have an Enigma and are willing to pay for an intermediate item is not large.

Oh, sorry, misread that. Does not change much, perhaps even slightly lower as druids tend to be less popular.
