ll is irrelevant and Necro has enough poison resist usually. You would only need it if you are running a Poisonmancer with sunder.
Only 2 summon instead of 2 to all skills.
The main issue is that it does not have 2 sockets.
The Teleport charges are nice though! Summoners benefit from Teleport more than other chars du to bulking of the minions.
So the charges are very useful until you get an Enigma.
Despite this, it still is not valuable and will not trade fast. The number of summoner necros who don't have an Enigma and are willing to pay for an intermediate item is not large.
