I would say at best the

Rune Master. I have an ethereal one with 4 OS, too. But so far no one is interested in buying it.
Otherwise all items which are considered BiS or good for Mercs are very valuable (e. g.

The Reaper's Toll or generally items with selfrepair like

Sandstorm Trek)

The best way to determine the value of anything in the game is to go to trades. Type the name of the item in the field titled "Historical Prices," click seach. Once that's done you can apply modifiers that will identify if your item is Ladder or Non Ladder, the device you're playing on, and the qualities of the item you;re trading. Follow the trade link below and look the trade search over and it will quickly become clear to you, and you won't have to rely on the varying opinions of forum members.
