Ko. And it wasn't from anything really special, either, just a random monster in NM

Last week however, has been "interesting"... Mostly levelling my pure fire sorc up to where she could use the sunder charm and start going to hell.

Despite not actually playing that much relatively, found 5 skillers. Shapeshifter, curses, traps, necro summoning...

But then, several times when going to freebie games to drop things off, there's people dropping all sorts of GOOD stuff there that just leaves me a big "WTF???"(not to mention completely stuffed stash).
Like 3 martial arts skillers with 17-23 life each. A Mosaic claw. Almost a dozen

Ko runes. Halfdozen

Fal runes. The player dropping runes even dropped a

Vex, which sadly someone else got first.

Another curses skiller.
And another skiller i cant even keep track of which one it was, because so many this week.
A perfect

Kuko Shakaku. Sure it's not an endgame item, but it's wonderful for rapid levelling in late normal and much of NM

Nosferatu's Coil.

And while doing some NM Baalruns, the other player gave me the Fire skiller that dropped. Very nice for a firesorc, as i didn't have any of those before.

While doing a cowrun earlier today, someone suddenly just decided that i absolutely should have a full

Tal Rasha set. Socketed with Ists. Nice to get a whole set at once, as it fit my

Nova/FO sorc quite well, but more than a little "eh, what, uh ok".

And just now, just for once when i picked up a bad grand charm while doing NM TZ cows(right after finding the traps skiller, rerolled it just twice and got a lightning skiller. I've been used to rerolling over 20 times per charm to get a skiller before... So, 2 GCs drop in a cows game, 1 a skiller, the 2nd only needs 2 rerolls to become a skiller. That's just wow.

+12 skillers in a week of very casual playing.
It's stunning however that people drop so much things that have decent value. Pretty much all skillers except defensive auras have notable value, and midrange runes, certainly...

Right place, right time. That's all it is. Most people drop Sigon and Arctic set pieces, failed crafts, and vendor junk after they've outgrown them while leveling. Other people fewer and farther between step it up more, especially those leaving the game or making space for new ladder characters. Another possibility is if you're about to make a
