Can be used to make Runewords:
Fcr + dual leech + good AR + not too bad LR and mf.
A hammerdin would probably love this. Would say around Ber to Jah on non ladder, you can try the same value on ladder but may have to lower.

For me this is more a Ohm because values are low except AR, and FCR is useless for melee.
My timezone is CET/UTC+1.
do not agree... some melee players like to Teleport or buff/hork faster

I agree, but as a melee, you prefer everything that can help you survive/kill than FCR.

AR is great and 93 is a nice roll.
It's nicely increasing your chance to hit and is giving you the same amount as 2 grand charms with AR.
