Typing game name on Switch

I've been subscribed for 10 months and never seen a slot to choose game name (Nintendo Switch)

Who uses these things to play anything :S

As far as I know, named public lobbies don't exist on console (whether on Switch, PS or Xbox). You can only quick-create games or join friends' games via the console's friend list. But seeing as I rarely play D2R on anything other than PC, I may be wrong here. Would be good if another Switch player could confirm.

Uh, 150 million people have bought a Switch, it's the most popular console today. We have several members on this forum who only play on Switch, and several who have the game on both Switch and other platforms. Yes, people play D2R on Switch.

150m dum dums that is. Consoles, hand held or playstations / xboxes etc. are waste of money and not good for gaming at all.

Not sure if I'm misunderstanding your problem, but you can type a game name to join on switch if you go to the 'Filters' section in 'join game' and then hit 'X'.
