Rune Staff - 6 Open Sockets - +3 Cold Mastery, +2 Meteor

Hello, I have been holding on to this

Rune Staff for quite a while, and it is taking up a lot of inventory space.
I feel like it might be worth something, but I really struggle to figure out a good estimate for it or what the use case for this might be. That is why I turn to you.
I am currently playing on the european server in the softcore ladder mode, with the expansion active.
Please help me in finding a fair price for this item.
