Infernal Tools is overall a decent set for a Necromancer. Although there are better options available at essentially every point in the game, it's a useful and fun set to use on an early game character.
Infernal Tools is overall a decent set for a Necromancer. Although there are better options available at essentially every point in the game, it's a useful and fun set to use on an early game character.
An unorthodox use case is to complete the set - along with a second copy of the Infernal Torch - on a low-level Double Swing Barbarian. The overall benefit is comparable to using the full Berserker's Arsenal, albeit at a far lower Strength requirement.
