Hello, I've dropped this on Mephisto on ladder, is it worth anything? Seems like a good Helm for Tornado druid maybe?
The problem is that the Tornado druid wants points in... Tornado primarily, then in Hurricane.
Hurricane only is not enough I believe - druids would want a 3 Nado base and make Delirium in it instead.
Perhaps you can get an Ist of it, but I doubt for more.
