Description
The polearm always spawns with the "Savage" prefix (66-80% Enhanced Damage), has a chance to gain a suffix, and will be item level 50.
The resulting base will be randomly selected from the following pool:
(put another way, any normal polearm or any exceptional polearm other than Bec-De-Corbin and Grim Scythe).
Note: The Kris and Belt may be of any rarity (magic, rare, unique, etc.) or quality (normal, exceptional, or elite).

Can be used to make Runewords:

An easy way to create a decent weapon for Act II hireling, until we have a better option.
Useful when you don't have much, and I love the idea of the Belt attaching together a staff and a Kris to make a usable polearm. If it turns ethereal, that's even better for your merc. To notice that druids can love that too (but non eth).
