Help How to use Diablo.io

Hi,
Maybe im blind/retarded cant find it, but how do you input values into your item search? Example i want to search for an item(any) with 12-14 magic find, it has to be between those values, where in the search options do i get to input those? All i see is some weird limited options with most affixes not available. Is there a filter option im missing?

Click on the top left, go to database and choose the item class you want to search for like unique/set/runeword. Then click on filter by utility and choose magic find. In my understanding you need to search for uniques, sets and runewords seperatly. Many items can roll magic find in a specific range, so it maybe wont be that easy to find and roll an item with exact 12-14 MF. Why it has to be 12-14?

I should have made it clear im looking to search the market not item database. For example in Traderie i can easily input a value and search only items with that exact number. Here theres a Stats box with limited affixes and in Advanced search i found the Syntax, need to experiment with that see if it works with numbers, but if that is the only option then... let me write some Javascript so i can find a Vipermagi with 20-25 resistances.

It's not possible to search by exact stat ranges. The database doesn't track individual rolls as values that can be tracked & searched like in Traderie.

This has come up in the past as a suggestion for improvement, but it'd be big undertaking to add and probably require a rework of the whole trade system - it's not just about the filters, it's also about how to input/catch the values when an item is posted, saving them in the database (needs extra tables), ensuring the new database queries are performant, and loads of testing. Our admin has limited time on his hands, and he's the only one who can make changes to the site. I would be happy for this change but as of right now, I don't know when, or if, it will be added.

So it works out that compared to Traderie its much easier to put items on sale as you dont have to manually input affixes, screenshot + few clicks and your item is listed for trade - btw love the system, but to search for items, especially if you want certain value ranges then forget it... Shortly after i started posting my items for trade here i was thinking why people even bother with Traderie, until i had to search the market for an item i wanted to get.

Theoretically, given a screenshot the site could automatically track all individual rolls of listed trades (to make them filterable), but we still need Teebling to have time to implement it, like I said before. Maybe @Teebling himself could add his view.

But you still haven’t answered the question. Why do you need specific 12-14 MF?
