My tip to remember : the two with the circles are at the Edge, when you combine tomb 1 (circle) + tomb 2 (moon) you get last tomb (circle with moon below), tomb 4 at the corner is the shuriken.
Then I spend my time not remembering 3, 5 and 6...
Perhaps saying the two pointy ones are next to each other in 5 and 6 so square is 3.

While farming for H-Keys Tal Rahsa's became terrorized (still is). I clicked on his journal, noted the missing Key from the symbol's on the floor, found the tomb within minutes (nothing clears a path like a lightning Javazon). I entered Duriel's chamber killed him with a single hit, and this dropped. I don't want it so if anyone thinks they can use it then you can have it. If not it's Charsi Food.
Note it dropped just outside Duriel's chamber, not in it.
