Broken URL link to enable linking to a Battle.net account

Browser: Google Chrome
OS: Windows 10
Steps to reproduce:
Trying to link to my Battle.net ID and I get the following error:
This apac.battle.net page can’t be found
No web page was found for the web address: https://apac.battle.net/oauth/authorize ... ode&scope=
HTTP ERROR 404
Anything else to add:
I am a new user, so it's likely existing members linked to their battle.net when this URL was working?

Ah, heard that in Asia, Bnet recently changed the URL structure. Maybe linked ?
