Scintillating Jewels of <insert suffix here> are also good alternatives to Um, but quite a bit harder / more expensive to acquire 
Out of curiosity, did you find this yourself? These circlets are quite expensive to trade for as far as I know, especially on ladder.

my gambling character (GAMBLOR) got it this morn, and lucked out w. 2 sockets...

On ladder, these go for like 15-20 Jah, I think (with 2 sockets). Well, 10+ at least. They are not quite that valuable on nonladder, but still several Ber/ Jah at least. Very nice gamble (and luck with the socketing)!!

I would definetly stack all res with Um runes. Maybe jewels with flat + mana?

Also, Scintillating Jewels can roll up to 15 all res, the same amount of resistance as an Um rune, and can carry a suffix too, like FHR or +Life. But Um are much cheaper, those Jewels are expensive (and extremely hard to find yourself).

A good thing about this Coronet is that you could simply clean it up with Hel runes and stack other things for different paladin builds. Maybe IAS jewels for a zealer, for example.
With gg gear like that i usually sell it and buy something a bit cheaper. I got my hands the other day on two necro torches, i guess they were 19/19 or 19/20. I sold both, bought two 14/14 torches and got myself a few jahs in profit.

On Traderie, where they usually pay more than here, the lowest price in the past for this exact roll in non-ladder was Ber, the highest 4x Jah. So good luck selling it

Selling is subjective - for an extraordinary piece like this, some times it's worth keeping, especially if you found it yourself and it has practical uses, truly an asset
